Approx. 300 acres, large mature Oak trees as well as persimmons. Hilly terrain and creek bottom. Hickory creek runs through the property to the Verdigris River. The Verdigris is located within 150 yards. Landowner willing to work with fencing cows out if he ends up having to put cows on property. Huge trees, and creek. A lot of deer tracks seen, some turkey and a small amount of hog sign although it was old. Lots of thick cover. Fields have thickets and small trees all around in them. Very secluded place.

Travel down the gravel road to a 300 square foot cabin with wood burning fireplace and cook stove which can sleep 4.
